Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (B.S.H.S.)

The Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences is designed to offer advanced educational experiences to health professionals who are currently licensed and/or who have completed a certification (the passing of an exam upon completion of an educational program to demonstrate competency in a chosen profession) or Associate of Science degrees in a health related discipline, have credentials to practice in their field, and have experience as a health care provider. This program builds on the expertise of practicing health professionals and allows them the opportunity to enhance their formal learning. The program focuses on upper-level course work and general education in conjunction with an area of career enhancement chosen by the individual student. Common areas may be the health services administration concentration or the human services minor.
